I’m Kanishka Wijendra, a certified fitness coach with over 6 years of experience helping individuals transform their bodies and build confidence through structured training and science-based nutrition. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, and strength training, creating personalized workout and nutrition plans that deliver real, sustainable results. I hold an NVQ Level 4 certification as a Physical Fitness Instructor and am certified in Bodybuilding Science and Weight Loss Science from ISSS Campus. My coaching approach focuses on consistency, discipline, and long-term success, providing step-by-step guidance, accountability, and support to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or advanced.
